All orders placed are subject to product availability and Order Verification by the Payment Processor.
- •Processing Time:Once an order is successfully placed, we typically require 1-2 business days to process, pack, and prepare the shipment for dispatch.
- •Cut-Off Time:Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.
- •Note:Processing time is separate from the shipping/transit time.

The estimated delivery time is the time taken by the courier to deliver the package after it has been dispatched from our facility.

4. Shipping Costs

In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively communicate with you and work with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address/Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused/unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
