1.7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return or Replacement Policy from the date your order is delivered, subject to the following conditions:

2.Eligibility Conditions for Returns
For a return or replacement to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging that you received it.
The original tags, seals, and all accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) that came with the product must be intact.
The original invoice/receipt must be included with the return package.
Important Note on Electronic Accessories:
- •Due to the sensitive nature of electronics, returns will be subject to thorough quality checks upon receipt.
- •We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of misuse, physical damage caused by the customer, tampering, or damage to the product packaging seals.
3.How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email our Customer Service team at Support@pluralityonline.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide Details
In your request, please include your Order Number, the Name of the Item you wish to return, and the Reason for Return (e.g., Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Change of Mind).
Approval
Once the request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your address.
4.Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received at our warehouse and passes the necessary quality check.

5.Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally excluded from our Return Policy for hygiene or usage reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Software, gift cards, or activated digital downloads.
Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
6.Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return request upon delivery, and standard return policy conditions will apply.
